Lesley-Ann Brandt was born the city of Cape Town in South Africa on the 2nd of December, 1981. She is an actress/model popular for her work on screen and television. Beginning her acting career by appearing on The New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came with her second role, playing Naevia in the historical drama series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress appeared on a lot of television shows in the last ten years including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Brandt portrays the role of Mazikeen on the show about urban fantasies Lucifer, which stars Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt is originally from Cape Town South Africa, yet she relocated with her parents into Auckland New Zealand in late teenage years. Brandt began modeling in advertisements on television and in print. Before she became a renowned model, Brandt worked as an employee of a salesperson in retail and a recruitment consultant in the field of information technology. In 2009, she landed her first acting role as Leilani on the New Zealand comedy Diplomatic Immunity. She was also in 2021's Spartacus Blood and Sand as the slave girl Naevia. In the miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena she was back in the role of Naevia. Craig Parker was her co-star on three different TV shows which include Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). She began playing Mazikeen the demon that pursues bounty hunters in Netflix's hit series Lucifer. The most prominent role she has is in this role. In the series, she co-stars with Tom Ellis Lauren French Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
